Luis Caceres holds a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology from Lehigh University (CO'24). He is currently pursuing an MPH at Lehigh. Luis is a first-generation student from the Bronx, NY, who is proud of his Dominican heritage. During his time at Lehigh, Luis co-founded the Dominican Culture Club and served in multiple leadership roles, including the Cultural Greek Council, Phi Sigma Chi, LUMAPS, and Student Senate.

His experiences in various student organizations and as a former CCE ambassador motivate him to continue advising and supporting students from underrepresented backgrounds. Most recently, Luis worked in Puerto Rico for 10 weeks in cancer prevention and control research with a focus on health disparities. He believes in the value of supporting and advocating for all students throughout their academic journey.

Aside from his professional pursuits, Luis enjoys running, hiking, traveling, and trying new foods in his free time. He plans to pursue a medical degree after Lehigh.
